have you heard of a super typhoon that's like 'an-ordinary-day-without-heavy-rains-and-winds'? i sure do. and its happenin' around here. yeah. that's right. our final exam was suspended because of this sonofa*****! why can't PAGASA forcast the exact detail or location perhaps? weird.
they can detect the number of typhoons comin' in yet they fail to point out where this stupid 'SUPER TYPHOON' hits? terrible. they are paid for that work, they must do well in exchange. FULL OF CRAP! look at what they've done!
